You can then comment or retweet directly from your mobile phone by replying to the SMS.
To send a new tweet from your mobile phone, just send an SMS to 5010 that starts with 'TW' and is then followed by your 140-character tweet.The SMS you receive are completely free of charge, even when you're abroad.
You are not charged extra for the SMS you send. They cost the same as a standard SMS, based on your subscription.
Some SMS offer clickable links that let you view all the content in the message (e.g. Gmail messages).
There aren't any nasty surprises:
if you decide to click on a link, you pay the standard price to browse, based on your subscription.


With Orange Link, you choose the friends you want to receive updates from as well as the maximum number of SMS you want per day and per person.
You can set certain times of day when you don't want to receive SMS notifications, and you can also stop them temporarily or restart them by:
- Sending 'mute TW' to 5010 to stop receiving Twitter notifications
- Sending 'mute' to 5010 to stop receiving all SMS
- Sending 'unmute TW' or 'unmute' to start receiving notifications again
